IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Customs Charges & Import Taxes on International Shipments.
If you’re placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser and NOT Block Happy. These are NOT calculated at checkout, and payment of these taxes and/or duties (which may be incurred in transit) are the responsibility of the purchaser. International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We recommend that all customers purchasing for delivery to destinations outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), check first with all necessary bodies with regards to any local taxes, import and/or export duties they will be liable for before purchasing any goods from the Block Happy website.

Returns:
We hope you’ll be really happy with your Block Happy purchase, but if you do wish to return your item(s), you can do so within 14 days of purchase, so long as it is unused, and in its original packaging. We’ll be happy to exchange the item for a replacement, or to make a refund via your original method of payment. We recommend that you return the goods using a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Please do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with someone at the Block Happy studio.

We’re NOT able to refund any postage charges, but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.

Returns by post:
Please return the item to us in its original packaging. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details. Please return it to the following address: The Block Happy Studio, 68 Claremont  Road, London KT6 4RH.

If your purchase is valued over £40, please make sure you send your return via a ‘Signed For’ service, and in all cases, please keep your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for any postal losses.

How we will respond:
Once we have received your return, providing it meets the returns conditions above, we will notify you of your refund as quickly as possible. Most returns will be processed within 14 days, although, on occasion, some returns may take up to 28 days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately 2-5 days of being processed. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Block Happy is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

Faulty items:
We’re always really disappointed on the rare occasion that a customer receives an item that isn’t to our high standards. If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us via email with photos of the damage within 48 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this time frame may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.

To notify us of damaged items please email us at help@blockhappy.com. Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.
